We are excited to announce the launch of the 300M Blended Learning program for teachers and facilitators on the learn.katha.org learning portal. This anytime, anywhere, self-paced program is designed to help teachers learn at their own pace and improve their skills in using the 300M learning portal and implementing Story Pedagogy in the curriculum.
The program combines asynchronous learning with in-person support, giving teachers and facilitators the flexibility and effectiveness to learn in a way that is most effective for them. There are assessments at the end of each module to ensure learning outcomes.
Live Q&A sessions are available for support and guidance every Tuesday and Thursday between 3:30 pm-4:40 pm. (Registration is mandatory and the link will be available only after completing the requisite modules.
The 300M Blended learning program is divided into two phases: Part 1 consists of online modules and assessments. In contrast, Part 2 consists of Live Q&A sessions. Upon successfully completing both stages, participants will receive an e-certificate acknowledging their achievement.
We are excited about the potential impact of this program on the teachers and facilitators, and we encourage them to take advantage of this opportunity to learn and grow. Together, we can make a positive impact on the children we serve.
Attached is the New 300M Blended Training Framework Guide. Please feel free to share this information with your fellow educators and teachers and encourage them to participate.
